I know this is an older video but I just had to tell you how much I enjoy your recipe for the cornbread. When I took it out of the oven and put it on a plate I couldn't believe how much it looked like regular cornbread... I've made it 3 times, one was a big skillet and 2 times in a smaller one that I cut the recipe in half for...Now I can enjoy corn bread with all my veggies and soon to be making soup to eat with it. Thank you for posting this..

Walmart (in my area - MIssissippi Gulf Coast) carries same size box of Carbquik for half the price that Amazon has it.

There is a corn extract you could buy and only requires a tiny tiny bit to give you a corn taste a little pricey but will go along way.

Recipe shouldn’t change, just add in whatever you want. Cheese (not a lot), jalapeño or just some drained Rotel.
