The longer wire is for the 58X front cam sensor, ur using the black 24x. You can tell by the connectors. 24x uses 2 black connectors, 58x uses 1 black and one gray.

Im doing same 6014...so i seen we dont meer thr pink blue amd gray wire..not using a tach so gray wire is a no.

How do you wire it to the key, got everything hooked up even the ground. I’m just stumbled on the power wire I dong want to burn out the box

There is a red power wire should be right with the ground wire from the box take the red wire and run it to a switch then to the battery pos side I run mine to my dash bar and use a male and female connector you can use a toggle switch or run it directly to the battery just make sure you use a connector to pull the wires apart I should have it in one of my videos I also have ran it straight to the battery just to start it or take it for a rip around the field and my box is working perfectly

@@ronsderbyshop1559 I got it hooked up to my fuel pump switch so when I hit the switch it turns fuel on and msd and I put an inline 30amp fuse so she’s mint like that. Now I just gotta redo all my grounds bc I have them going to the head and not the block

The best place in my opinion for the ground cable is on the right side of the engine we’re the ac bracket bolts there is a perfect spot for it and it’s right out of the way glad you got it going if you need anything else let me know glad to help

I have not had any issues with the msd box so far I grounded the coils to the valley pan and my negative battery cable is bolted to the transmission bell bolts to battery I should also have a secondary ground aka body ground never had any issues with any of the stuff it’s been 2 years hope your swap goes well

@@ronsderbyshop1559 I had mine hooked straight to the battery and it fired right up, I switched it today on a fuse and keyed source and the car won't start. Going back to the battery tomorrow

Nope the kit comes with a pre made harness that plugs right in haven’t had any issues with it yet

Can I ask you young guys a question. Didn't any adults teach you anything ? Well if they did I know they didn't tell you to install those Bullshit Edelbrock carbs ..are you gonna try and tell me they are better than ANY Holley ? Well why do you think ALL engine builders rely on Holley ?

I totally agree with you on a Holley carb I only run the edeljunk because it was free and works good for the dirt and mud I’m thinking about going to a 2 bbl Holley
