Carburetor setting for Hero Splendor/Passion

I have seen lot of videos regarding carburetor settings and this is the best video i have come across. Seen lot of videos in which teenagers were explaining the things which they really don't know about. They have just seen another video from KZbin and copied it. I had very little knowledge in this matter. But after watching this video it is clear to me how two screws are working inside the carburator. Very nice informative description in this matter. It would be very good if there was sufficient light during shooting the video. Otherwise I learnt very much. Though this procedure must be done by any experienced technicians, I have gained informative knowledge about carburettor tuning and its various aspects. when bike is not neutral i mean its hang on with gear that's time ignition swith start button will not start the engine.den if i press the clutch that time that start the engine.so question is that time battery to starter motor dc supply ok or not or for too much load with gear starter have no energy to run the crankshaft?
