Oh man... how did I miss this until today? Great song. I remember buying this the day it came out. Amazing that you got such a great low tone out of a 4 string!! Awesome playing.

Thank you! I could have had a better tone with thicker strings but it's ok

Nice cover! I would like to ask that, would it be possible to post the rest of the songs from that Dissection rehearsal? I would really like to hear the rest of them. Thanks in advance for your reply!

Thank you! Yes of course, I will post something from Dissection soon.

"it is very recommanded to use much thicker strings but I didn't have any so I had a bit of the spaghetti effect..." That's a reason why I switched from 4 to 5 strings last year.

Good move! But I do not own a 5 strings anymore... Anyhow I like better the feel of 4 strings but that's a taste thing

Digitech Drop is the simple solution

According derrek boyer thinner strings wity lower tunings are better. But he doesnt use a pick maybe that makes the difference
@briceleclercq101 Жыл бұрын
Hmmm I'm not sure about that... Lower tunings always call for thicker strings in my opinion. But it's like assholes, everybody 's got a different one ;)

@briceleclercq101 Derek is a master of metal bass. There was a video on what they use for their gear and he swore by using regular Guage strings for low tunings
