Sir in 26:28 you told inhibition of Transcription occur in both phosphorylated and non phosphorylated state of Retinoblastoma gene. I didn't understand the point. Can you please explain in short here.

The RB gene is a tumor suppressor gene in dephosphorylated state it binds to the transcription factor,it helps inhibition of transcription. In phosphorylated state it doesn't bind to the transcription factor that cause transcription
