I have a Spyder RT Ltd (2012 model). I bought it after realising that the Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager I owned was getting too heavy for me. I wanted to keep riding and I wanted the extra stability of three wheels. I see the Spyder and the Ryker (which I haven't ridden) as ideal alternatives for people like myself who are getting on (71) or who have some mobility issues. A simple modification for the break and the semi-auto transmission on the Spyder and the CVT on the Ryker make riding a lot easier.

Wow, a California law I can get behind. No motorcycle license required. More states should adapt to this for 3 wheelers.

NO CARPLAY YET on the Spyder… husband bought the 2024 because of the CarPlay they advertised. As of today, still no CarPlay available… is false advertising still against the law? Oh, and nowadays you may want to carry cash since some large dealers charge YOU the credit card fee.
