Thanks everyone for tuning in! As many have already pointed out, the tachometer can apparently be locked in place by going into the settings on the MAIN display not within the multi-function display. Less than 1% of the people who buy an Accord or Camry will ever push them around the corner. Seeing another car reviewer talk about this nonsense is truly frustrating. The Accord has a CVT and Turbo engine - both would be questionable in terms of longevity. I was hoping to hear something about that. It also would have been nice to hear about the ride quality (how smooth they drive on regular roads rather than how they handle in the corner), engine noise, cabin noise, and how comfortable they would be for long distance driving.

I really hate how Honda are putting turbos in their cars these days. Mine started to have issues after 2 years. They're really fun, but not worth the headache when something does happen. Subtract 0.5 from Accord and add it to Camry for more reasonable 18" wheels over 19" in a standard car. Subtract another point from the Accord for the CVT instead of 8-10 speed transmission. As someone who keep my cars for a decade or more until they fall apart, I prefer the naturally aspirated engine of the Camry. The lack of a turbo is one less engine weakness to worry about. I have a 2019 Camry SE with the 2.5L Inline-4. I love it. I also chose to have a conventional key with it. Having a push button Start does sound nice....until something goes wrong and you have to pay to get it fixed with your own money. $1000? No problem. A key replacement/reprogramming would cost around $200-$300. A Camry I would buy to own. An Accord? I will only lease it.

On the accords left driver information display it CAN display the tachometer while displaying it's menu options. It just needs to be configured in the Settings menu in the infotainment screen.

I would choose camry Hands down

Same as well. Do not get me wrong, both cars are good. But the Camry offers a quieter ride, a higher ride height, slightly better visibility, and both the four cylinder and V6 are port injected and are less likely to get carbon build up. I also prefer the Camry's V6 due to it being more refined, smoother, and sounding better than the Accord's turbo four cylinder engine.

@@vishalakula8451 Toyota has both port and direct injection, which means the toyota is still going to less likely to have carbon build up versus the Hondas only direct injected engines.

@Shock Have you driven the Toyota Camry V6, and if so does it sound better than the 2.0L turbo four?

Dash cluster on accord can be configured to show both info and tachometer through settings either on steering wheel or infotainment system

@@SarahJames2669 You actually think the Accord looks good? Man, I think it is ugly as hell. The type R civic looks like hell to. Wtf was Honda thinking with all that stupid plastic chunks everywhere. The Civic si is a nice looking car, but the hatchback looks dumb.

Accord got no point for having superior driving dynamics ??? But Camry got one for simply having an 8 speed transmission vs the cvt??? What does it matter what it is if it it does the job and it does it well? I also had a Camry 18 rental for like a week and the transmission was SO damn jerky, the cvt in my accord is so smooth and responsive. And it doesn’t drone.

I love ya'lls side by side comparison videos! Thank you for evaluating the models that were most similar to cost and features. Both are great quality vehicles but I have to agree the Accord Sport 1.5T had a few more special features compared to the SE Camry. To me their body styles truly set them apart. Do you want more agressive styling or a more sleek refined styling. Everytime I see this generation Camry's driving down the road I notice how aggressive looking the front fascia looks. When I see this generation Accord driving down the street I notice a sleek refined LED headlights and a polished brow. These are just observations and whatever styling appeals to you go for it! Accord Sport 2.0T and Camry XSE would be another great comparison video. ; )

That's not sure what they said about the cord you can go into the settings so you can still make the tach show while you bring up the other options on the left hand side

First thing I'd do on that Accord is put mesh in that lower bumper. One rock at highway speed and you'd be thanking yourself.

James Medina just in general the way they place their parts and how hard it it’s to access them not going to lie Toyota has its fair share of stupid parts placement but Honda takes it to another level
