Nissan got rid of cost cutting Carlos Ghosn a few years ago and now are on the right track.
@nickstark8640Ай бұрын
The Murano this replaces has just 40.5 inches of front legroom. This new model has over 44 inches. That is why the rear legroom in the rear is smaller. Once that front seat is moved forward the rear legroom is actually a little bigger than the model it replaces.

It is a stunning vehicle, except for the front end. They tried to mimic the Kicks front end, except this doesn't work for the Murano. The weird black bar between the headlamps looks very weird and doesn't work at all. They made a major miss not making the DRL's as a sequential signal. Everything else is absolutely great! This is leaps and bounds nicer than a Crown and RX.

@BackToTheGame.98Ай бұрын
Its a good looking car. I love my old 2016 Murano, though. That V6 is just too good. Wish Nissan would have gone with a hybrid system or offer fully electric. Also two things I noticed, they added an additional lamp in the trunk, where the previous model only had one! It gets very dark back there, so thats a welcome change! I had to get an aftermarket LED module to replace the OEM incandescent one. The other is they lost the power retracting rear seats!

turbos are the future The v6 are heavy and fuel sippers. I would love to see powerfull hybrid though.
@BRivera-c4gАй бұрын
@ the VQ gets the same mileage as most turbo-fours. It’s not much heavier because a turbocharged engine has much more components(turbo, plumbing, intercooler,etc) than a simpler NA engine. And not to mention long-term reliability.
@JT-fq2blАй бұрын
If the Murano had a regular turbocharged engine, I wouldn't have any concern. However, this vehicle have Nissan's new VRC-T engine the give me much pause. Lease it, then return to sender.
@yordan826Ай бұрын
Agree on the Hybrid option, Nissan should definitely add a hybrid Murano to the line up. For the V6 fuel consumption man I have an Acura RDX with a turbocharger 4 banger and that thing is thirsty!!, it zips the same amount as my dad’s GMC Sierra which has a V6. I don’t know what Honda did there but is no good.

I like the outside of this. It’s controversial at the front, more inspired by a Tuscon but it looks more Infiniti like from the side to the back. Out a if into badge over it, I would believe it. On top of that it’s as nice as an Infiniti. So what does this mean for Infiniti if Nissan is growing in premiumness? It makes Infiniti seem irrelevant as both brands are struggling at the moment with low sales and Infiniti is losing money because they don’t seem as competitive compared to other luxury competition.
