Anyone that thinks what you have done in this video is easy should try building one. I put a cardboard gun kit together one time and it drove me crazy doing it. I also watched a video of another person that built one totally out of wood and it always amazes me of the talent and innovation that people such as yourself have. I build highly detailed models and an advocate of the NRA. So I found your video to be very interesting and quite entertaining knowing myself how much work and time it takes to do such a task. Thank you for sharing and never let any negative comments on your talent ever discourage you from what you do.

I'm happy to say currently making this with sheet metal and part from a break barrel pellet gun and it's going very well. Doing it in layers and welding them together is actually a good way to build it. Chambered for .22LR means mild steel will be plenty strong and won't need special treatment, like heat treating or a specific alloy. Great video!

Heres a suggestion if u dont mind: A cardboard Sawed Off shotgun or a M16 Update: I tried doing this, so far i did the stock of the gun! :) Update 2: I gave up, im out of cardboard so ill stop now, also ive done the stock and it looks nice :D

Hi! I must say thank you for making such glorious design and model! I was on the lookout for a Winchester rifel but I am not in good financial situation, but this will be soooo helpful! thank you! But if you don't mind as I am a first timer, I would like to ask for a bit of assistance in the following questions. - Do I stick the A4 sheet onto the cardboard and then cut out the parts or first cut out the templates from the sheet, put it on the cardboard and slowly cut it out? - If it is the latter, do you have a video demonstrating how to cut the cardboard with the paper parts? some of the paper parts are very thin and Im afraid I would cut it off by mistake. - For the main barrel, what kind of paper you used as I cant find any paper as big as shown in the video. (also how large is the paper) - what are the sizes for those wooden sticks? - 26:45 how thick is that gap? other then that, that is all for now, once again thank you for the amazing tutorial!
