I missed the part where she said something smart, can someone point out for me? because smart grocery shopping is much much cheaper than going out to eat since the overhead is your time instead of someone else's time to cook. (forget about other enormous expenses food business has to cover from your wallet, that u don't need to pay if u just do ur own shopping and cooking) And you get more wholesome food with better variety and nutrition as well. Last school year was my first year I really learned about the French Revolution and as I'm learning more about it this year I thought to myself, "History seems to be repeating itself. Inflation and taxes have made the price of living way higher than the average pay, governments are spending money they don't have, the people who might potentially be able to do something about it won't, some people are rioting for rights and freedom, the youth are rebelling against their parents and the ways of their ancestors, the people with sound minds and fair arguments are constantly being shut down and silenced, and nobody is happy with their leaders. How is money not worthless? How are we not realizing that we're making the same mistakes we made just two centuries ago? " I first started realizing this in middle school. Boy am I excited to become an adult 🙂.
