Cardiac Catheterization From The Patient's Perspective - AFIB

Due to my repeat episodes of AFib my doctor wanted me to to have a heart cath to make sure there is no blockage in my arteries to my heart. During this procedure a cathether is inserted in through the groin up the artery so that images can determine if there is any blockage. In my case I was very lucky and there is no blockage. However, I still suffer from Afib which is causing damage to my heart. If I can keep my heart out of Afib my heart should fully recover and get back to normal. At least that's my understanding.
For those of you who may need to go through this the procedure was no problem, very short and afterwards it just feels like I pulled my groin muscle.
If you suffer with Afib don't waist time, go see your doctor.

Unfortunately my health went downhill after I had it but it wasn't because of it if that makes sense.
