Firstly Clinical Associates and techs are 2 different professions. But after completing your Clinical Associate Degree you can apply for GEMP program at WITS and do medicine from 3rd year

Nursing and Clin tech are in 2 different departments, so everything they do is completely different. You’d have to reapply for clinical tech you can’t just change. If they accept you in nursing you can try and go to the department of biomedical sciences and ask if they can allow you to do an internal transfer but it’s guaranteed that they’ll accept you due to space and competition
