I use to get the shoulder pain when ever I us to do the chest workout, after watching this video got proper warmup plan today I m saying after a month I m not getting any pain in my shoulders any mor while doing the chest work out, thank so much Mr. Jeet, lot of love

Thank you Jeet bhai for explaning the importance of cardio vascular exercises. Its so simple: strength work out is mostly of external body health & cardio vascular exercises are for internal body health. To my understanding, internal body health is more important for our health, not saying that strength workouts are not important.

pahle study phir job. kabhi interest nhi tha ki workout karun dheere dheere body weight jyada ho gaya or fatty ho gaya... mera kuch friends jeet selal ji ko follow karte hain FB, you tube par. or phir maine bhi kiya... itna inspirational or fairness guru pahli baar hi dekha... or maine next day se friends ke sath morning jogging or workout start kar diya .. pahle se jyada energetic or fresh feel kar rha hun.... thanks jeet sir

thanks for promoting cardio. All other Indian bodybuilding you tubers are ridiculing cardio on their channels and misguiding the youth. The truth is real fitness is athleticim/flexibility/strength.

Yup that's true.cardio for example running is very good for health and I warm up for 35 minutes before I do all body workout cuz I m a truck driver. It pumps ur blood and it's a source of warm up.also, before lifting weights,it's better to stretch also.

Cardio is good as a warmup.. only 10 to 20 Minutes!! Then weight lifting is the 🔑 key don't waste your time only in cardio that's the point

Take the things seriously I have experienced that... Leave the gym if any pain happens give rest and do your full body checkup and again get back after proper body strength

Sir, i am 27 years, i started gym since 2 months back. 5 days ago i was doing chest exercises but I was not feeling any squeeze in my chest instead my both shoulders specially the right one was aching and i felt like to stop the exercise. I asked the floor trainer about this and he said to take rest for few days as it could be a shoulder injury. How much should i relax and when will i get to know that my shoulders are better to go for exercise again?

20 Minutes of running in Treadmill is good for lungs, heart, Increase Breathing level, and stop any kinds of diseases such as Cancer, Injury, heart attack, blood pressure, and diabetes also

Summary (but do watch the video its imp) Cardio :- its not a waste..its essential for strengthening ur HEART.. doing which helps u in others aspects of blood flow Shoulder injury reason 1 not warming up properly 2 wrong training with setup & posture 3 not focusing on the rear body

Thank u sir.. But for ur information I m having a good diet but i still feel a lack of energy after waking up in morning which is due to unrestful sleep at night and daytime office work. Suggest something so that I can recover well after workout and offc..

As I said, fix your sleeping patterns. A good 6-8 hour sleep is the ONLY thing which can help you recover my friend. please understand this.

Sir I have developed shoulder spur. Orthopedics advised me not lift heavy weight over head. Very frustrating for me. It also pains a lot. Any suggestions please.

First of all its basically wrong that you are comparing army training with gymming.. lets be honest most of us dont even push our bodies to the limits in a normal workout but for those guys its not an option.. they have to do it or they I'll eventually have to do it the hard way.. Also, they mostly do compound movement exercises and full body training

Hello sir . Mujhe 1600 meter race ,long jump, high jump ki practice krni h. Me lean bhi hu. Mujhe koi achha sa diet plan suggest kre me workout and practice morning me krta hu. But thakan ho jati h bohot jyada kuch kr nahi pata. Burpees to bilkul b nahi ho pati after running. Suggest me diet and supplements if needed. Please sir i have only 2 months for exam
