Weight exercises are there on ypur channel but we need belly fat exercises and good form of cardio. All other influencers recommend random exercises yours are well researched and logical ones.

I am sharing my experience. My weight was 105 KG, then I started a gym, join personal training and now it's 95 KG . I reduced 10KG in 2.5 months. And if we talk about diet, it's not so strict. Only homemade food and rice, that too for lunch and dinner both times [ its my personal choice ] . And yes, fat loss is also happening. Now 3 XL size shirts are looking big. I have shifted to 2 XL [ same brand clothes] and will keep progressing further 😊😊..fat loss has also happened my waist size shifted to 44 to 36 [ according to brand size and yes same brand ] My family doctor has said that there is good progress 😊 cardio treadmill has helped me a lot, specially high incline slow speed ..😊😊

Bhaaaai! Kya baat hai, sach me hatsoff! Teen digit se two digit ka safar karna koi aasaan kaam nahi hai, woh bhi ghar ka pura khana khake! Kya discipline aur dedication hai, yaar. Believe me maine khud use kya hai Cardio bahut jaldi result milte hain par weight training ko mat chod dena barna muscle loss hoga aaur cardio bhi sirf 2 to 3 days in a week 😊 Hope this helps ❤

When reduction of belly fat is goal, what should be the exercise sequence? Start with cardio then move to weight training and end the session? Or vise versa? Or cardio->weight training -> again cardio then end the session?
