I am loving all your standing Pilates! I wanted something challenging but doesn’t bother my knees. Your workouts are perfect and I love feeling my muscles the next day! I plan on finding and doing all of your standing Pilates workouts on your channel!

I just started doing your standing Pilates workouts and I love them! They're definitely challenging but they're exactly what I need. I work out every day and I was looking for something different and a bit more challenging than what I've been doing, that doesn't bother my knees... I definitely found it. Thank you so much and thank you for giving us more longer workouts...I love the 30 minute workouts.

I came across your channel about a month ago and by far my favorite person to work out with.I specifically look for your standing workouts-love them! Appreciate your verbal walk through- helps me persevere through the burn when i want to give up! Also like the music you have, just instrumental is wonderful to work out to (another huge plus of why i follow your channel)

As you strengthen your core and all of the stabilizing muscles in the body you will definitely improve your balance! also a new 30 minute standing pilates workout just went up on my channel, make sure to check it out!😊
