I like that this focuses on one leg for half the workout then the other for the other half. I use both my ankle weights on one leg so only have to switch them once

Just finished this video.. I’m trying to snap my mom body back to shape now that my last baby is about to be 2… I now have such a love/hate for you right now.. I was cursing with how much this sucked but loving how good I feel about myself for getting through it!! Thank you so much.
