Brilliant, you notice little details and make conscious effort to perfect the move. Not many people have the same approach.

I really agree with this. I only Started doing sqeeze right about two months ago. By making this video, You probably stopped beginner Cardists doing cringy sqeezes

Hey there I would really like it if you make a video on the waterbend flourish because I don't know how to catch the cards.
@juhovuorela86236 жыл бұрын
Xtreme Gamer Waterbed is quite a simple move, but it does take some practice to get right. You could try to watch the tutorial again to double check you're doing it correctly. Cards falling out is only natural and will go away with practice, keep at it!

Juho Vuorela I don't know the grip of the other hand to catch the cards.

Xtreme Gamer they land in a normal straddle grip

Hey juho I usually really like your videos. And normally I'm the same opinion as you. But here I'm not. How can people improve their own style if everybody do the same move exactly like everybody else? I can understand some basic critique to improve the cardistry. But I think cardistry is not about copying moves. It's about finding the own style. Every cardist is or should be unique. When ever I learn a new move I don't try to copy the artist. I try to use a mechanic I like and add it in my repetoir. Sorry but I needed to say this. I'm open for a discussion:).

Tim Zumstein I can definitely respect that. For me it's that because I'm not a very creative person I want to be amazing at the few moves by other people I do. The only way for me to be amazing at Squeeze is to do it like Daren, that's just a fact. But yeah this video definitely isn't for those who want to add their own touch to the moves, I just personally WANT to be like Daren, so if anyone else wants to as well, this is a video for them :)

Juho Vuorela I see. I got your point. Anyway great work here on yt. Keep going!

great tips but just a reminder. squeeze can look different in different angles. thats why daren did it differently in liquid paper.

but everything with opener and stuffs are really important. thanks man
@juhovuorela86236 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure what you mean by Daren doing it differently in Liquid Paper? This is the way he does it every time I have ever seen him do it after 2014ish

Some motions do undoubtedly look better than others (generally), but cardistry is card art and art is subjective. There is more than just one way to perform the same task, so I vehemently disagree with your last video. My opinion on your backdrop is that your process of a re-grip before the card propels onto the packet shows a lack of fluidity and card control. If you grip it properly the first time, there is no need for a grip adjustment.
@juhovuorela86236 жыл бұрын
Jay Dee for some reason it still looks much more stiff when you rotate it with the pinky and thumb. But of course that's just my opinion
