Diaboromon really just said “Call an ambulance, but not for me”. It was one thing to incorporate the actual timer from the War Game movie, but to follow it up with the music used in the Movie for Omnimon’s arrival? Incredible.

This is an actual Diaboro's revenge from the old video from 3 years ago. The memories this match brings is endless. That Omni Blast Warp and the cards it has to support that is insane. Greymon being able to gain names makes the deck capable of doing crazy stuff just by evolving on names. Melga and WarGrey are not holding back either, being able to help the other reach the Ultimate stage in no time. That is to say, Diaboromon is VAST AND FAST. The amount of tokens it generated was insane, and that memory steal was insane. Not to mention, Armageddomon denying Omni ACE's [When Digivolving] was absolutely NASTY, I LOVE IT. Seems like [Clocks of the End] was the option Diaboro needed to boost his advance. The edits and musics on this video production was insane, both going back and forth. The clock that appears when Diaboro digivolves was so satisfying to see. Today's a good day to see old enemies fight, and CProtag, Paddy and Natasmi made this a memorable video to remember.

Misplays aside, that was really good. Honestly, I know Clock of the end is more thematic but I think I’d prefer running the EX6 and ace Diaboromon over the bt17 one. Fantastic match.

I wouldn't sleep on Clock of the End though. It's still an extra Diaboromon Token for 3 memory. Which will start costing less AND drawing your cards once you get the setups to get the memory back. And if you have the line that gives all your Diaboromon , playing and attacking with that token in the same turn is just equal take taking a Security from your opponent for 3 memory or less.

Funny thing, Omegamon could have won. At 5:34 they should've killed the token using Omegamon ACE's [Raid]. Without a [Diaboromon] to delete, the Infermon play wouldn't have worked, and thus Protagonist would have one more turn before the Diaboro spam started. And if they had another WarGreymon in hand (they _absolutely_ had another MetalGarurumon and Omegamon ACE in hand), they would have lethal on that turn, as they could Attack with Omegamon ACE to break 2 security, leave Diaboro at 1 security, then play MetalGarurumon, Warp Agumon into WarGreymon, with MetalGarurumon's [On Play], EoT Jogress into another Omegamon ACE, use Tai & Matt's [End of Turn] effect to force the newly-made Omegamon ACE to swing for game. Additionally, he could have also won on that next turn if he had Omegamon Alter-B in hand (since we saw he was running it), simply by evolving on top of Omegamon ACE, then discarding all three of Omegamon ACE, WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon while attacking to burn Diaboro's remaining security while wiping out any defense he would play (alongside the Arata to boot), and ending the game; the overflow not mattering as Alter-B would be mid-attack. No matter how you slice it, leaving that token alive was the wrong call every day of the week.

I think Protagonist misplayed at 5:34, and probably could've influenced the result of the game had he altered his play (not an illegal move, but a suboptimal play). What he _should_ have done is that, when attacking through Tai & Matt's effect, he should have activated Omegamon ACE's [Raid] to eliminate the Diaboromon token. This would have prevented the 0 cost evolution from Infermon into Diaboromon on the next turn. Yes, Paddy would have 1 more security, but Protagonist could have won on the turn after if he had WarGreymon, MetalGarurumon and another Omegamon ACE in hand (which going by the game state, he probably did). He would attack with Omegamon ACE, eliminate two of Paddy's security leaving him at 1, then all he'd need to do would be to play a MetalGarurumon from hand, Warp Agumon into WarGreymon with MetalGarurumon's [On Play], jogress into Omegamon ACE with the [End of Turn] from Agumon's inheritable, then use Tai & Matt to force the newly made Omegamon ACE to attack, which would finish the game.

Firstly let me say despite the mistakes it was a hell of a game (pun sort of intended) and really show cased why Greymon and Garurumon decks will probably at least run Omnimon now as more than a blitzing final attacker but also reminded us just how close we came to Armageddon and why we should be grateful to Omnimon/Omegamon (depending on the dub) for putting down this fiend. This was truly a grim look into how things could have gone if not for the miracle of the first and most powerful of DNA/Jogress evolutions stepping in to save humanity with his supreme shooting skills and simply transcendent swordplay.

Ooooh this was good. I could hear Diaboromon say "Don't Interfere", and adding the music 4:40 was a great touch. Also showcases why I think level 7 ACE Digimon aren't good. The overflow cost of level 6ACE Digimon was debatably worth it, but that isn't the case for level 7s.

To my understanding, blast DNA digivolve isn’t the same as blast digivolve, you have to have both specified digimon (one in hand and one in play) in order to use said effect. You can’t blast digivolve the omnimon on the Wargrey without placing another Metalgarurumon under it from your hand as well.

Clock of the End is such a fun card to have in the Diaboromon deck. Diaboromon is naturally slow, so having something that puts the opponent on a timer that is slowly ticking down while also protecting your Diaboromon stacks gives you so much value. It helps you build up you board, swarm with clones, and both Armageddemon really help the deck both offensively and defensively. BT5's [All Turns] effect really helps against ACE cards, and the new BT17 allows you to refill your deck if the game goes on long enough, which it might against some decks. So glad my favorite deck has become as good as it is now! Not to say that the new Omnimon support isn't good! I personally like it for how weird it is, and I'm constantly wondering if the Alter-S stuff could be used with it, or if it could be turned into something else. I did see the Alter-B in the decklist and security, which I think is a really interesting considering the cost of using its [When Attacking]. Anyway, I loved the video! Can't wait to see more BT17 content from you guys!
