I was browsing the touhou pride jams before 4 (as of yet the latest one), and this particular game caught my eye. I thought it looked interesting, but because it was a visual novel (and in part because it truly looked sincere), I decided to record it for my own sake. Frankly, I kinda feel like watching a youtube video is a kinda subpar way to experience a VN myself, but it was strangely nice to simply go with the default text speed instead of having to mash the spacebar key to read.
The developer note at the end felt rather heartfelt, I do wish I went for the default text speed with those instead of just reading at my usual pace, but either way, do slow down and read it yourself if you haven't.
I wanted to linger a little on the credits, just because I wanted to appreciate the devs for their time and effort on this little experience.
I might do this with some of my other favorite submissions from the touhou pride jams, either for my own sake with pacing, or for the sake of recollection (it's a lot harder to forget something you've explicitly noted, after all).
