Hello Sumedha, an English degree now is not enough to secure jobs. Think about consulting is this way: "when someone needs consulting" the answer is when you need an expert on topic. So if you want to build your career in consulting(i am assuming, management consulting), then decide what your expertise area is so that people can consult you. For eg. will it be digital marketing OR Web Designing OR maybe Interior Designing. So the best way is after completing your BA, pick up a business skill and be an expert in it. People will naturally consult you and who knows a company will hire you for the same. Make small yearly goals to reach to your expertise! All the best!
