Your Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test scores, physical exam, citizenship and moral standards determine your job/career qualifications. Until you have taken BOTH your ASVAB test and completed your physical exam. Space Force does not know what jobs/careers you would qualify for. Space Force is a military service that organizes, trains, and equips space forces in order to protect U.S. and allied interests in space and to provide space capabilities to the joint force. USSF responsibilities include developing Guardians, acquiring military space systems, maturing the military doctrine for space power, and organizing space forces to present to our Combatant Commands. Hey, I missed the Live but I have a few questions I didn't see in the chat. I was told there are 81 spots open, is this number still accurate? What are the chances of getting in with just a HS Diploma and basic job exp (i.e. Retail, food, etc) How long should it take to get a response after sending off your paper work (NR, R, and HR) Are there any plans for the space force to become a directly leathal branch (What I mean is having combat capabilities either air, space, groung, etc)? After getting a recommendation or Highly recommended response will you be placed and off to BMT? Thank you all ahead of time for your responses!

To join the Air Force, you must live in the United States or an area that has an AF recruiter. You must also possess a 2-year, or 10-year INS Form I-551 (green card) and have at least 6 months or more remaining before the expiration date to join if you are not a US citizen. For Space Force, members must be a US Citizen to be eligible to join. Applicants must be between 17 and 42; meet the mental, moral, and physical standards for enlistment; and must speak, read, and write English fluently. The Air Force and Space Force does not bring applicants to the US to join unless there is an AF/USSF recruiting office or Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) to process through. You must complete all immigration processing and get to the United States legally on your own. You may follow the link below for information on the process to obtain a green card. How competitive is the SF and is it to late to apply? I've been reading a lot about these deadlines and limited applicants and was just wondering what is the average wait time after applying online to get a response. I'm trying to get in touch with my nearest airforce recruiter but I've heard he isn't around much and he wasn't there and I went to visit. I would love to enlist and I really just want more info on the whole process.

just try to imagine if even 1 10th of the resources went towards "combating" mental health issues and an equal amount towards systemic racism. What a wonderful world it might be. Imagine if ALL of these resources and ALL the police brutality force resources went to combating systemic racism and mental health issues ... it might actually be heaven on earth.
