If the company has desperate to fill the position and they feel it's hard to fill that position they will not be strict to their rule. There is always a demand and supply ratio.

Our Indian HR mindset is very beurocratic If they found gap ...they come to immediate conclusion that's candidate is not fit for job but other side like they don't try to think like it's private sector companies you can't expect to have work ever season ..so companies do asks employees to go ..

Yes it is crime in India. One time i cleared technical interview in Infosys but HR rejected me by saying that you have 3 months of gap. I had some health issues that's why i didnot work but HR argued with me because of company policy we cannot hire you.

3 months bhi koi gap hota hai kya. Woh HR pagal lag raha hai. Aksar bachon ko job Milne ke liye graduation ke baadh minimum 6 to 9 months lagte hain aur woh 6,9 months gap me consider nahi karna chahiye.

Nd wee can get n number of situation wher a humans already fed up with lyf might come across hell kinda situation... I would say it's not encouragin if a person have gap with no proper reason then no recommended Though if i have a company he is allowed Once he got proper aced skill he can we stop or say no He got aced in certain skill which is advantage to company nd no extra training on him in a prjct

I resigned from my SDE 1 position last year may 2023 because of health issues, after my recovery my uncle got one side body paralysis it took 2-3months to take care of them taking hospital and some other places where the we are hoping he will recover after 6 months tried to apply for jobs not getting response from recruitment teams got trapped in recession Please help mee.....

Ask them why they are looking to Hire someone from India or considering your resume for Malaysia...these type of aimless questions from HR leads to no where ..if they really have a need they won't ask these type of questions .. anyways ...on a different note if you really wanna answer this question in like ..tell them the job profile is more or less matching your carreer expectations and nothing like it when it's an onsite oppty and gaining in peeson international experience and how you can add value to the table... btw most of the hiring managers or HRs ask these type of questions by goggling interview questions ..and even they do not know what's the answer for that .. btw there is no right or wrong answer to such questions ...

You will get less calls, HR will try to keep you resume aside unless it is urgent need or will try to negotiate for less salary. It happened to me, I had 3 years gap. Out of which, it took me 9 months only to get a job. HR gave me the same salary that I got 3 years before.

This 100% true after apllying 400+ jobs I get only 2-3 three in the span of 4 months.....now career gap of 8 months become 1 year while continuous searching job...I thinks it's a biggest crime in IT sector.
