My comment is Basically in pharma industry,the candidates who r working & they have done their msc ,they don't get a good decent salary. Less hikes, overtime work but no payment , a little pressure may be. They are making a decision in switching careers into others fields. And i heard a lot from my frnds & colleagues

Yes, that is absolutely true. Data Science positions are highly well paid.

So much politics in Schrodinger... I cleared all 7 rounds of interview.. since I was over qualified for this role they rejected me at the last moment.

The same thing happened with me as well.. Cleared all 7 rounds but got ditched at the last moment.. I really felt bad for it as i prepared very diligently and committed a lot of time and energy..
