One Question: I am getting LTA in my salary and i traveled by Air in Nov 2022 from New Delhi -To- Trivandrum and I submitted the bills for this one-way travel to my employer in January 2023 and the flight amount got approved and reflected in my form-16 as well under section 10(5) but I also traveled return journey from Madurai To Agra Cantt in 3rd AC and i forgot to claim it to my employer. Can i claim it in my ITR filling by increasing the amount value in section 10(5)? Does return journey in 3rd AC can be claimed in LTA? FYI, the Flight amount was Rs 14000 whereas the return journey train amount was = Rs 4500/. So can i claim it as a total Rs 18500 in section 10(5)? please clarify

Hello Mam, In my salary slip there is no component for LTA/LCS in FY 2020-21. But the company is providing it as flexi allowance when someone submit the bills. I have not submitted any bills for LTA during FY 2020-21, So, it is not showing in my salary slip. But, I have purchased laptop and mobiles in March 2021, which are having GST of more than 12%. Can I claim the expense of my goods in ITR FY 2020-21 (submitted already, but revise ITR option is there) under Cash Voucher Scheme 2021 in LTA?

My every months's salary slip says I get LTA of Rs 4100, so my questions are: 1) Does it mean I get LTA of Rs 4100 a month i.e 4100*12 or Rs 4100 is for a year? 2) Let's say, for example I get Rs 4100 for a year, now and I didn't claim in 1st year of the block, also I didn't claim in 2nd year of block but in third year I decided to claim, so how much tax exemption I can claim? only Rs 4100 or, Rs 4100 of 1st year, Rs 4100 of 2nd year and Rs 4100 3rd year i.e upto Rs 4100*3 ?? You need to check your offer stack usually it will be every month but one thing is you can opt that as per your need
