I am the manufacturer of corrugated carton boxes A few things we have to keep in mind... As per my little yrs of experience.... Is products mai error ke chances kaaafi jayada hai, bcz ye ek customized products hai (size wise and quality wise both) har customer ka apna alag size hoti hai and uske budget ke hisab se buyer apni quality choose karta hai (basically combination of papers) If agar manufacturing ke starting mai ek chota sa bhi error hua to apka pura lot fail ho sakta hai..... For example agar box ka size lene mai koi galti kari to end product mai jo final carton banega wo actual se kaafi alag banega and buyer use accept karne se mana bhi kar sakta hai.... Ye brown and printed boxes mai dono mai apply hoti hai Second isme investment had se zayada hai... Bcz if we talk about brown corrugated carton usme printing nahi hoti to wo ap 1lakh mai bhi start kar sakte ho..... But if you talk about offset carton jo white paper mai print hokar bante hai... To waha cost kaafi zayada hai... Bcz printing press ke rates high hote hai But yes it is a profitable business bcz yaha demand kabhi khtm nhi hone wali....
