Yes, I am going through this. I feel like both are important you can't have one without the other. I usually start getting the experience and while doing so I start picking up some classes. So this way you can see if you like the job before you sign up for classes.

what do you recommend for new graduates in a particular field that has no real world experience in that particular field?
