Thanks Madam... I have some doubts... Are there QA's involved in the process? or Only developers are responsible for Testing? What is role of Solution architect in the project? Do you get clear inputs over email about requirement of the task?

@careerq_ I am in shadow period from January but not billable yet , stranding with no work and if I contact RMG they would only provide support or PMO roles which I'm not willing to take ...Will it affect me if I stayed on Sogeti Shadow for longer period?

I'm not getting selected into the projects even though my interviews went well and good from my side as much as I observed and I am in bench from 3 months, what's the chance of getting the projects without interviews bcoz they have requirements of other technology other than java full stack with react which I have been trained on, so, they don't select us and then there we are confused what should we do and our mentor keeps on torturing us for not getting into project what should I do.She keeps us telling do this do that within a time limit which is not possible as fresher to learn new technology in few days atleast not for me.it's much of a frustration now being on bench rather than learning.

I have been trained on Java and react in capgemini. Is it possible that I will get the project calls from the same domain or not? If not, what should be done in this case?

Yes. 99% times you will get the same domain. Also, you can ask the project manager what tech they need and if you're not interested, you can decline the offer from your end. I will explain this in greater detail in a video this week. Stay tuned

Yes. If not, you can ask them from your end and you can select if you want to join it or not

It's good. It doesn't last long. It can be anything between one week to one month

No. There is nothing like that. Completely depends on the availability, requirement and skillset
