W2 : IMO, its better to first finalize with the team as to what improvements or changes they wish to envision moving forward and then present it with SH's for feedback instead of the reverse as explained. Because, it ends up in a bad shape for either parties if a SM fails to convince the team for any of the already approved agenda/improvements from SH's.

Great Pointer AG, Much appreciated. I tend to not generalize the process or not mention that 'a' method is globally adapted. hence i stated with the slide "6" & "9" - "W & M" referring its about the perspective and situational. Here in this case, it is important to know if organizations open for change? And More over the presentation is a strategy that you are putting forward, But not a project plan. And so in those organization where you are given clear go on adapting the changes then your way works great. Thanks again for listening in and your pointers are very valuable.

Hi Sir, My name is Santosh Parisi & I want to know, Can a BBA graduate fresher able to handle roles & responsibilities of a scrum master , what are the skills required to become one & what is the recruitment process, will there be an aptitude test or will there be an interview directly? Is coding an essential skill to become a scrum master in an IT company? What will be the starting salary for scrum master role for a BBA graduate fresher?

I would not suggest after bba , you have to get some exposure of industry first
