​@@gameplay3933 So that's what you meant. I am very sorry. These are cod milt. It is the testis of male cod. In Japan, cod milt is eaten as a seasonal delicacy in winter. Cod milt can be eaten raw. This chef cuts and boils the milt to process it for better texture and eating.
