I personally do not choose caregiving as a career or calling. Being married to someone who died doesn’t make you a caregiver. It broke my heart when Eddie died . I certainly didn’t get paid to love him.

Some people after interviews do not really care. I’ve had almond 5 different companies and not one person yet really cared. Come to your home don’t want clean on the phones late don’t show. Please screen better and come with the first day and show them what to do.
