Carelics - Rising Shrinking Rainbow (Multiplayer Doodle Jump Game)

Note: If you want to restart a new game, I think you have to literally close Newgrounds Player, restart it, and select the .swf again!
Also: I noticed that about 30% of the games result in an "impossible jump". This is where two consecutive platforms are too far apart horizontally for the AI jellyfish to make. When this happens, the entire game stalls. Why? Well, if, say, 3 jellyfish are stuck on Leg 8 trying to get past an impossible jump, the jellyfish further along will be able to access Leg 9, but Leg 10 will not be "unlocked" to them until those 3 jellyfish either finish Leg 8 or are eliminated. (This is because confusing glitches can occur when jellyfish span 3+ legs at once.) They will never be eliminated, so, unfortunately, when these "impossible jumps" occur, the game is essentially unfinishable. It's really a shame that this occurs so often, and if there were one bug I could fix about this game, it would be that.

I liked when you said "what are the chances of this?" and started trying to calculate them out loud bc I'm the same way lol. Also this game is really cool and pretty impressive considering when you made it. I might add this to my list of games to try recreating on my journey as a beginning programmer/game dev (probably not as simple as it looks, but figuring out the math for something like this would be fun I think)

Hi from hiatus, so, for this Rising Shrinking Rainbow, when you die in game, there should be a spectate button so you can see the other players (or A.I.) playing. Also, before the game, there should be a guide to new players about the platforms, power-ups, and more that will happen in the game. (Wait, did Cary k.h. said something?)

Heads up that many keyboards can only handle a few keys pressed at the same time, and it's quite rare for even fancy keyboards to support more than 6 simultaneous keys. Trying to play this game with more than two people on one keyboard will likely just result in a whole bunch of missed inputs unless the keyboard supports _true_ n-key roll-over (and implements the right HID descriptor to exceed the standard 6-key limit of the normal USB keyboard profile). Not sure how the operating system behaves when you hook up multiple keyboards, but it might be a way to get around the limit for simultaneous keypresses.

Cary, you should make a program that detects notes in talking, or in anything, for example, you get a mp3 of a man talking and see if you can find the note "C5" in the audio, and when it's a success, make a song with using samples of the notes.

idk if you saw my comment on your video on Humany but I saw that there was a game called "Evolution" made by someone named Keiwan that is quite similar to yours (red nodes, muscles expand/contract, creatures running to the right, that's about it though) but still has quite a few differences (human-made creatures, new "bone" part, completely different muscle design, etc.) but I noticed that Keiwan didn't mention you at all, so I was wondering if there was any connection between the two or if it's just a coincidence, it does seem like there's enough differences to not be considered copying but I was just curious
