Thank you for this! Eric wow, you have so much similarity to your Dad in how you speak! Before I met Mr. Peterson I would refer to him by his first name... its funny how often when we become more familiar with someone we drop the title and call them by a first name. In their case to my husband and I, after meeting them they became Mr and Mrs Peterson because we just stepped into a different understanding of the honor they belonged in.

The very word "Leadership" in a Christian context gives me much worry. "Servantship" is far more appropriate.
