Super great idea for a rear wall in a double door trailer. I have a ramp door so the roller and cables force me to a different design. Great job…..You have the nicest build I’ve seen😎

Hi Todd, I’m glad I stumbled across this video. I was looking for Ideas for the rear wall but got some great ideas for other parts of your build. Sealing the doors, the screen door and other items. So many of these builds scream cargo trailer conversion. That’s fine if that’s what you want but I like that your trailer is more stealth when on the road. New subscriber. Thanks.

Very very good job brother that looks really good I haven't seen too many that looks that good but anywho did you have to insulate your trailer or was it already insulated and on your air conditioner does your air conditioner automatically shut off when it hits a certain temperature if you could please let me know by the way I'm thinking about building me one of those so thank you for the inspiration I like it talk soon thank you

Thanks! I only insulated the ceiling and not thre walls which I'm going to explain why in the next part. Yes, the ac unit has a thermostat that shuts off the condenser at a particular temp. We always sleep with a fan at home which we welcome the "white noise".

There is no gap because they have a rug/mat that sits there. That is why he added a gap and the rubber gasket/door sweep.

Why not just use a bigger Window,And mount A/c in Window,Like they are designed Forp

Need to be able to close the barn doors when done camping and while in transit. You'd need to take the unit in and out of the window and most likely the window glass would break while in transit and hitting large bumps. This, you just push the unit in and out. Also, you need to think about water dripping.
