I have this task to do as well, complicated by the nature of my original build. When I started to watch this I did not expect you would have done anything different. However your approach to the build and the order in which you did things was different, and very helpful in my own planning. Thank you.

I found it very useful, I've not seen another video that made a header out of plywood to support the beams your cutting thru like this. Not that others don't, I've just not seen one. I was thinking i would have to weld some cross bracing on top and bottom, and was worried about the heat peeling paint on the skin if i did. I was thinking just weld the interior face, and pop rivet some homemade L brackets in the four corners of the inside area. Very glad i watched this.

Nice. Very nice to have a garage door tall enough to work inside. I don't have that luxury. I am sticking with windows that fit between the wall studs, but I like how you substituted the plywood to support where the studs were removed.

Do you feel that cutting the metal frame compromises the structural integrity of the trailer? Trying to decide if we want to install multiple smaller windows in between the studs, or if it would be okay to cut them and frame them with wood vs a welded metal frame. How has your window setup performed so far?
