Yes! Omg.. my friends lifted 96 Chevy 1500 had this problem, and NO ONE could figure it out. I recommended him too a shop that was friends with our family, as there was a mechanic who was a god send with front ends and wheel alignments. Come to find out, it needed a pitman arm, control arm, and a whole mess of other stuff i can't remember. He basically needed a whole new front end. When it finally got fixed though, it felt like a whole new truck.. but my friend took a huge hit to his wallet

5:02 I'm betting the tank venting is clogged or somehow not working right because I had a very similar thing happen to me a long time ago with a Ford Tempo that turned out to have a pinched fuel tank vent line. It would build insane pressure in the tank, then you open it and a geyser of fuel would come out. Of course, diesel is a bit safer than gasoline in this situation, but that burst was probably quite a bit of money.
