Caribbean Fudge Recipe | Fruit and Nut Fudge | Sherika’s Kitchen

Hey guys,
Here’s my recipe for Homemade fudge! A favorite since I was a kid!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tin Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Pack Coconut milk Powder (dissolved in water)
Half Cap of essence
1 cup Nuts & Fruits (optional)

i'm in England and we had a neighbour from the Caribbean (not sure where, exactly), she was the mother of one of our school friends. anyway, she and her own mother made fudge, and gave it to us local kids. such great memories! i will try to recreate it with your authentic recipe 😁
