RECIPE -
1 lb of season beef. Season to your liking
2 tbsp brown sugar or white
1 cup of carrots
1 large onion
1 cayenne pepper or another
4 pimento peppers
1 bay leaf
2 cup of flour all purpose for dumplings ( 1 tsp salt added to flour )
1 cup of water for flour for dumplings
Freshly black pepper and salt to taste
1 tsp sazon or all purpose seasoning
1 cup of coconut milk
Fresh basil for garnish
6 cups of stock or enough to make the beef get tender
