We are having some really wild weather for November here in Australia. It's almost like Winter is still happening. I love Hotteok! I make it at home sometimes, my husband and sons love when I make savoury Hotteok! I make some Soon ramen and at some chopped vegies and chop up the noodles really small and stuff the Hotteok with that. So good on cold days
