Carine has an extremely large reserve that caters for most sports as well as dog walkers.
Carine is an older suburb with large blocks that still has a friendly neighbourhood charm.

The real estate agents seem to be doing that a lot these days - it's their way of trying to draw in buyers. We don't think it's a very helpful marketing tool.
