Remember Perth is not Sydney or Melbourne. It's a beautiful city but very mining focused

Correct Perth is not Sydeny, and a black cat is not a white cat but if they both catch mice it doesn’t really matter 😉

Mining plays less of a role now compared to before. Perth has developed and diversified

A lot of location picking comes back to when more over where, that statement might make sense now but it didn’t in 2015 Be open to everywhere, and remember when over where 😊

All depends on the property, could be positive or neutrally geared not costing anything, or it could be blue chip very negative costing much more than $10k pa
