This was a really informative and clear video. I just want to mention that you could maybe slow down just a bit to let idea absorb.

One of the best options in terms of eliminating any patient discomfort and irritation seems to have disappeared over the years for some reason - the oxygen tent eliminates all problems of irritation, allowing the patient truly to rest, and just benefit from the therapy, without a thought for fighting or contending with irritating attachments.

Hi! Quick question here. For the non rebreather, how does it deliver 60-75% FIO2 if the delivery flow rate is between 6-11L/min? Wouldn’t that equate to 44%-65% if we’re going off the chart pictured in the beginning of the video? Thanks!:)

One question. I got oxygen in the hospital 12 l pr min . The air in the mask was like when you smoke. The home installment of my oxygen tanks , regulator and mask do not produce this mist , only clear air and the regulator gets very cold .is this normal ? Or should there be mist in the mask ?
@caringcasa2 жыл бұрын
The mist from the mask is from a humidifier. That is added on by your respiratory therapist in a hospital setting. Hope this helps and your doing well at home. You can always call you doctor to clarify if something doesent seem right. Kind regards, Tina

@@caringcasa thanks . Is there any way to measure the oxygen the company delivers . I think its just compressed air and not oxygen . ( So they earn more) can i check at any way?
