I'm also very flexible, but have a huge amount of wandering pain. Do you help people with fibromyalgia.

Not loose, weak. Weak = less fibers than needed to be stable. We have to stop saying loose (or tight). Motion is useful whether passive or active however patients will point directly to the pain signals from the ligaments and tendons. Aside: Cute Ed the head. We love our attachments to our skulls and skeletons.

Thank you for this informative video. I was diagnosed with EDS-hypermobility . My physical therapist said that I have great deal of flexibility in my upper cervical spine and I wonder if there’s also a problem with instability. I believe a lot of the issues I deal with such as difficulty walking and standing without feeling like someone is tipping me over, and Brain fog, numbness in my limbs… pain @ base of my skull… I’m also thinking the TMJ and neck issues are related. Do you know if there are specialists like yourself in Southern Michigan? Also is prolotherapy ongoing or is the issue resolved with a finite number of treatments?

Our goal with Prolotherapy is to get to the root cause of the problem and fix it! Most of our patients need about 9-12 treatments to the neck for complete healing. We have a great friend in Michigan - Dr. Peter Blakemore, Dr. Hauser recently did a video with him!

@@danlev6927 thank you for replying 🙏🏾 I have a point in my neck that pops & cracks with a swallow, I think it's my C4, it crunches when I try to massage it 🤦🏽♀️ I definitely need to see someone. Thank you for replying I hope the correction has improved your other symptoms too.

Do you have a video about the Digastric Muscle?
@CaringmedicalProlotherapy3 жыл бұрын
Hi Robert, Just replied to you in the other video. Good question. We don't have one specifically on that yet. We discuss it a bit more in this article, if that helps: www.caringmedical.com/prolotherapy-news/internal-jugular-vein-stenosis-missing-diagnosis-headaches-tinnitus-vision-problems-neck-pain-insomnia/ With this and other nearby muscles are so close to the vagus nerve, tension in the muscles can compress the vagus nerve.

@@CaringmedicalProlotherapy actually that answered it! The video in that article...

Are you not supposed to be able to bend your head to touch your back? I need someone with a normal range of motion to show me what’s normal. I do have hyper mobility and symptoms. When I move my neck side to side I can hear and feel it roll. I can also push in my esophagus and trachea and move them to the side of my neck.
@dupuiedeanna2 жыл бұрын
I can do all these too and also hyper mobile. I always thought anyone can move their trachea side to side.. now I’m scared.
