I have always wondered about Hitler's allure. I am familiar with Jung and this makes sense in an "I'll be damned" sort of way. I have a friend who was born in Germany but raised in the US. She told me her grandpa hated what Hitler was doing as did many of his friends. They had no way to stop what was happening once Hitler got going. So I disagree with the bit about all Germans liking him. Still, the content was fascinating. Well done, I'm impressed.

In a letter to his mother, Stalin is supposed to have said something to the effect of: "Mama, remember the Tsar? I'm something like the Tsar." Maybe Jung was right.
