In years to come, when most of us are dead and gone, fans of real country music will still be commenting on the genius of Carl Jackson. Just brilliant. Gerry Farry.

This is how it's done, it takes true talent and dedication to play to this standard. Real musicianship, not four youngsters wailing together and calling themselves a band. Excellent stuff Carl, and I loved your time with Glen.

Hey! I’m 14, and growing up on a ranch, and with my papa and grandpa a lot, I’ve come to appreciate this style of country, Jerry Reed, Waylon, Cash, Hank, Hank Jr. etc., and I also like the more modern country too. Not this crap they play nowadays called rap and pop.

This is an incredible version of this tune and from The Station Inn none the less. So damn cool. This era of country better never die.

There is something magic about this man. He has something most of us don't have and can never get. We can admire him for the man and musician he is.

No words can describe the amount of raw talent on that stage musically & vocally!!!!!!! If you can sit still while listening to that kind of performance energy, you might need to make sure you're still breathing & then, go to the doctor for a thorough checkup!!!!!!!

I have listened a lot to Jerry Reed and Chet Atkins over the years, and this is my favourite song that Jerry wrote, and I do it whenever I can. Carl, you and the band nailed it from the very first note. Well done, man! It allways makes me feel good when I hear you play.

You can hear and see that every single member of the "gang" at the Station Inn is a musician with heart and soul. And although Ashley is not playing in this song, you can feel how she is fully involved. And to see Carl's fingers flying over the strings makes me totally dizzy. Enthusiastic greetings from Germany 😎👏🤗

And my gosh is Glenn’s daughter hotter than a $20 pistol! I bet Carl can just crush it in a handshake, his hands must have steel bands in them. I read that about Earl too, phenomenal strong hands. Grew up sitting on floor in front of a console tv watching the Glenn Campbell goodtime hour. Glenn probably had muscled hands too, he was so underrated. Playing leads on 12 string like Glenn did, I’m positive he had gorilla hands also.
