In 1944, on the edge of death, Carl Jung had a blissed out mystical experience, the “most tremendous” experience of his life, filed with intense Kabbalistic imagery. We’re gonna to try explain it.

15:45 Jung was against anti-semitism and against Nazis. Jung had correspondence and contacts with Allen Dulles (CIA), and he said to americans: "Nazis are too evil, they need to be stoped". I don't understand why some people called him anti-semitic.

It is obvious that you love teaching because it comes through in your presentation and your depth of knowledge of the subject, which is amazing! More Jung videos as I love his ideas even when they don’t relate to Kabbalah, videos of Daoism and Judaism, traditional Chinese medicine and Judaism, tantric sex / semen retention and Judaism, Kabbalah of sex. I probably have more ideas as well!

I was doing an assignment to report on St Thomas Christians (originally Jews?) of India and went on a thread from A J Appasamy to bhakti devotion applied to Gospel of John, to Rudolf Otto and the "numinous", to Jung and Kundalini, and how westerners learn from eastern mystical devotional concepts to understand their Christian roots, following gnostic teachings. The Gospel of Thomas speaks of opening our eyes to unity with the kingdom here and now. And the Buddhist and Hindu perspectives align with much of this... I appreciate your presentation SO MUCH!

I'm at present quite fascinated by your speak upon this plus I'm very new as far as my interest. To explain I mean specifically Judaism as a whole & especially Jewish Mystics/Mysticism. I've watched most of your clip here & have researched only the slightest about Carl Jung. Honestly, this has really begun to capture my imagination as a writer as I write (not as professional)......my question is about access to this book "Zohar"? I've only now barely looked into this & wonder if I might actually understand? I certainly hope to. This little video clip I believe was well worth my time to watch & listen. I'm sure to watch & listen again.

Before my suggestions, I want to thank you for sharing. I became a fan instantly after the first video. So.. let's go.. the content of your videos are very deep and shows the extention of your knowledge. Similarly to what happen with dr. Justin Sledge, both channels suffer of the lack of a good (without tons of text, with pictures, nice color schema) powerpoint, and a script ("today's agenda") would make your content more accessible. Complementarily (and again, similar to Dr. Sledge from esoterica) the channel brings content for advanced watchers. I really miss cross reference to other videos/channels with the requirements for your videos. Maybe there is an opportunity to create basic content. Last but no least, thank you so much for sharing!!

There is a specific order to Kabbalah. Jung might have had access to Kabbalistic texts and books, a proper teacher is required. Shalom Gershon proved that knowing about Kabbalah and properly practicing Kabbalah are very different things. Just read his thoughts on Abulafia. Another source for Jung could be the Merit his soul brings to learn the study. Jung was definitely dialed in with amazing consciousness. That is nessecary as well. And lastly his Desire. Kabbalah runs on desire. If his desire was not true..... 🙏

Great video! I have always wondered why he had such a Jewish nde. Jung was much more acquainted with Christian mystical material and many Christians have nde's with a lot of Christian archetypes like meeting Jesus for example. Jung is a fascinating character and I only discovered Jordon Peterson when trying to find our more about Jung when starting to look into him, here on KZbin. Maybe you can do a video on something to do with Jordon Peterson and mysticism one day......

Thanks for reminding me about this in the book, Memories, Dreams, Reflections, Carl Jung, 1961. Read that book many years ago, Jung is classed by some as mystic and by others as gnostic. Jung was not Jewish but his father was a minister and had studied the books of the Old Testament.

@@SeekersofUnity Mysticism is the belief that esoteric knowledge about reality may be had through contemplation and meditation. ... In contrast, Gnosticism is an ancient religion-philosophy that-though it does incorporate mysticism-has a very elaborate supernatural story to tell about the universe and our place in it. Simply put, they differ in their emphasis. Mysticism values the supernatural, but seeks to unite the physical world to the valuable spiritual world. Gnosticism despises the physical world, and seeks to leave it behind in favour of the spiritual world.

Jung is not an Anti Semite and those that say he is are engaged in slander upon him , I was trained in Jungian transmission with particular focus on the image of God , back and forth dream interpretation and analysis using both Jungian and kabbalistic methods , he was also a Neo Sabbatian revivalist . James Kirche was a Jewish student of Jungs and my own teacher and Jungian theologian Reb Yakov Leib Hakohain , I say Theologian because along James and my own teachers transmission we focus upon the image of God and having back and forth communication with that in the form of back and forth dream analysis .

Was this recorded in The Red Book when he was in this state? Do you think he would've had these visions without prior knowledge? Or do you think he just wouldn't have known otherwise? I love your knowledge around these subjects (I think a lot of this has gone over my head), and your beard, BTW. ;3 Also, are you Jewish? What do you think of the claims that Jung was a Nazi sympathiser? (I haven't read too much into it, and you pointed out the book Jung's evolving views of Nazi Germany.) I'm aware he said the Aryan thought was above the Jewish thought before it all happened, but I know he tried to declare the Fuhrer as mad and worked for the OSS (former CIA). This is the first video I've seen from yourself as I found it on a Facebook page. I'm now a subscriber and I'll be sure to check out more of your videos when I'm in the Jungian mood. ;3

This isn't from his Red Book. It's from his 1961 book, Memories, Dreams, Reflections. I think it's safe to assume that his vision would have expressed itself in other parallel imagery if he had lacked the knowledge of these particular Kabbalistic ones. Thank you so much, and thank you for watching. Feel free to ask or rewatch if anything was too difficult. And yes i water my beard at least once a day while showering, the secret to a luscious beard. I am Jewish. I've read all kinds of conflicting reports regarding that issue which I'd rather not discuss. Feel free to google, Jung and Antisemitism and make up your mind for yourself. Thank you so much, I'm glad you found us and thank you for subscribing. Welcome to the family.

1:20 In the winter of 1944, Jung would have been in his late 60s, not late 70s.

Wasn't Freud influenced by kabbalistic thought?

I received my Jungian training received by L.G Corey Kirche 12 years worth of back and forth dream a analysis, and you are incorrect if you think or imply Jung was an anti semite , that is a typical Freudian Jewish attack upon Jung’s credibility . Jung was both an empiricist and a mystic .

Mysticism or esotericism, what's the difference? Actually neither one nor the other. Essence or meaning? In fact, these are diametrically opposed things. What is happening with the world now? Who is guilty? Can only one person be guilty, for example Putin? What is the meaning of the nightmare that is happening now? So, the meaning is just in it and there is no essence, why? So, about what is happening right now in the world! The only justification, so to speak, for this nightmare is the fact that it fits the “Matrix Scenario". It was not the Americans who dropped the bomb on Hiroshima, it was the Matrix that created such a scenario, and then, through its “algorithms” that are available in every person, fulfilled it. Naturally, you need to know what the Matrix is in order to have at least some chance! You must understand, or rather, realize what Elon Musk is talking about and what he means when he says that we need to build a new Matrix, and most importantly, why we need to fly to Mars. At least now you will know why Einstein showed his tongue to everyone and what he meant in the last question to himself. I'm offering concept knowledge for ten thousand dollars. I offer $500 preliminary consultation with physical (!!!) evidence. The Matrix is destroying my Ukrainian people and I need to save my loved ones, I must pay "Caesar." (Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and unto God the things that are God's). Money is the accumulated energy of Qi, so to speak, my knowledge is the accumulated labor of more than ten years.
