Yes, I think we typically project our inferiorities onto others through projection. And sometimes depending on how inferior we feel in a particular moment it can overcome our ability to maintain boundaries.

@@caseysims9879 It doesn't trigger me, I am just curious :) but when it comes to shadow projection it is not typically the entire person in which we project hatred onto but it is typically of a specific characteristic which we develop irrational, unconscious hatred towards. If we can identify this it makes as a good indicator of what we are specifically projecting away from ourselves through the scapegoat of the other.
