I just got interested in Carl Young last 2 years, and man what a genius mind. Emanuel Kant and him are now the main source of my mind growth. Finding these kind of material free on KZbin is mind blowing.

Interesting, thx! Jung's description of the Persona also sounds analogous to the concept of the 'Rising Sign' in astrology, aka, the personality which we _choose_ to present to the outer world.

Correct but the First House and any planets in it are relevant too.. They are below the horizon (rising) and the First House is more the Ego I think? The whole thing is sort of fluid and you have to be careful of thinking *this* = *that* if you know what I mean. But Jung was into Astrology and called it a "map of the psyche" ☺️

Simplified: You wanna squeeze that hooker booty because your horny. But your ego tells you NO, because you've been taught that hookers might have diseases and not very moral to support such a proffession. But you "the self" is the true you, your natural instincts and it wants some sugar. But, yet again the EGO wins even if you dont want to, because you've been culturally and morally indoctrinated to not bang hookas. Got it?
