Carl Zeiss 3.3-4/28-85mm on a Sony A7III and Contax RTS

Carl Zeiss 3.3-4 28-85mm T* is a standard zoom from the last century for the Contax-Yashica bayonet. The German company Carl Zeiss stopped manufacturing its own cameras, but sought and found in Yashica a highly inovative and modern manufacturer for SLR camera bodies at the time. Carl Zeiss itself designed first-class lenses for this 35mm SLR camera system.
With a focal length of 28 to 85mm, this lens offered itself as a universal zoom that could and still can cover a wide range of photographic tasks.

As an Embassy Photographer, I was using this excellent zoom lens at lot for many year on my both CONTAX RTSII and CONTAX AX! Now, I am using this lens with adapter on my SONY cameras! 👍👍👍

I have the same lens with K & F conecpt adaptor for my Sony A7R ii 42 mp e mount working perfect & infinity perfect... first I bought an unknown adaptor & never perfect in infinity. so I searched online & someone mentioned K& F Conecpt.. so I bought it & very happy. just bought another adaptor for th cy 50mm f1.7 .. nice ..I love Zeiss lenses, not the best like the Schneider super angulon lenses. but fine with performance, price & compatibilities....
