I recently spent 11 days in hospital and your videos helped me get through the stay. Thank you, Carla, for inspiring me!

Loved this. Once more, thank you for not forgetting people who don't eat meat. Especially in a grilling video, for the reasons you stated.

I’d like to know how Carla describes her cooking style. I don’t know what to call it, but people who cook with emphasis on the ingredients, especially produce, and utilize flavors and techniques from many different cultures. There’s a restaurant called Seasons 52 in Florida that this style of cooking reminds me of.

Love your videos. To me you favor the actress from the sitcom “last man on earth” in the face and the voice 😂. Love your energy and personality.

Why keep the corn cold until you're ready to cook? Genuinely curious as they're kept at room temp when you buy them!

Has anyone ever found a left-handed version of the fish spatula? Been looking about 15 years...

I know you have said that your dessert videos don’t perform well, but perhaps you have a niche available to you in desserts made on a grill? A KZbin search currently turns up a disappointing binary of either diet culture directives or atrocities described along the lines of “dump cake.” I would love to see more of your culinary wisdom brought to bear on cooking over outdoor fire! ✨🔥✨

I do not understand the hate for green peppers. Italian sausage and peppers, roasted on the grill with onions to have with a grilled steak, stuffed, fajitas, a delicious Persian cold stuffed green pepper, on lamb skewers ... just don't get it.

They're just no where near as tasty as red peppers 🤷🏻
@virginiaf.57647 ай бұрын
@@curto312 We all have different taste buds - I find them tasty, and I also love red peppers as well. I like the slight bitterness green peppers can have that goes well with sweet red peppers (that started out life as green peppers!).
