If you go back and watch the igarum scene there was a quick scene with Miss all Sunday hands before the explosion, she probably threw him off the boat before it blew up.

4:08 - For a little added context, Sanji is just speaking openly with Zoro, no hostility intended. With Luffy in the distance fighting Crocodile, Sanji is the only crew member here that witnessed Zoro's overwhelming defeat to the only other Warlord we've encountered. Sanji understands that Zoro knows what Luffy is facing and is acknowledging Zoro's genuine concern... since he can't join the fight, Zoro's nervous energy comes out as strength training -- this situation is the reminder that he needs to grow to hold his own against these monstrous opponents.

The duck names are a good example of just how much lore Oda creates for every character, that never makes it into the story. One of the greatest backstories in the series almost got left out until an editor convinced Oda that it was too good to leave out.

6:43 - Just saying, this is the bad part about filler episodes. More adventures with the crew are great, but when the anime production team has to create character moments they can't do anything that will be covered in the source manga, SO there are many instances in One Piece and other series where mannerisms get repeated as character emphasis. Sanji simping over Nami, Luffy getting lost, Nami getting mad at hijinks... and in this case Vivi forgetting to mention something. Not a BIG deal but much like Ange here it can completely change your perspective on a character, based on watching the anime Vivi now "has a history of doing this" instead of it happening once, maybe twice in the original story.

Yeah it has terrible pacing so you'll continuously be seeing good stuff and terribly paced stuff throughout. Honestly the arc itself is really solid as a whole but has atrocious pacing. Better read it in the manga and then watch the anime for certain parts. Edit: Act 2 and 3 are better than Act 1 imo.
